Reconoce oficialmente a un actor clave que <strong>permite integrar la flexibilidad y facilitar la participaci\u00f3n activa de consumidores y peque\u00f1os productores en el mercado energ\u00e9tico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un agregador? \u00bfY cu\u00e1l es su funci\u00f3n?<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Un agregador<\/strong> es un intermediario que agrupa la producci\u00f3n o el consumo de m\u00faltiples participantes para operar conjuntamente en el mercado el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos pr\u00e1cticos, act\u00faa como un integrador de recursos distribuidos, combinando la energ\u00eda o la flexibilidad de distintos activos para alcanzar la escala necesaria que permita su participaci\u00f3n en mercados que, de forma individual, les resultar\u00edan inaccesibles.<\/p>\n<p>El agregador puede:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agrupar peque\u00f1os productores para comercializar su energ\u00eda como si proviniera de un \u00fanico activo de mayor tama\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Agrupar consumidores o activos de almacenamiento para ofrecer servicios de flexibilidad al sistema el\u00e9ctrico.<\/li>\n<li>Optimizar recursos distribuidos (demanda flexible, autoconsumo, bater\u00edas) en funci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales econ\u00f3micas y operativas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durante per\u00edodos de tensi\u00f3n en el sistema, como los picos de demanda, el agregador responde a las se\u00f1ales del operador del sistema, Red El\u00e9ctrica (REE), contribuyendo <strong>al equilibrio entre consumo y generaci\u00f3n y garantizando la estabilidad de la red.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con la aprobaci\u00f3n de esta regulaci\u00f3n, los consumidores podr\u00e1n<strong> contratar los servicios de un agregador sin tener que renunciar a su contrato de suministro con su comercializadora<\/strong>, lo que facilita la adopci\u00f3n del modelo y fomenta la competencia.<\/p>\n<h6>Pr\u00f3ximos pasos<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tras la aprobaci\u00f3n de la regulaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Red El\u00e9ctrica dispondr\u00e1 de dos meses para definir el procedimiento operativo del modelo de agregaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) dispondr\u00e1 de tres meses para adaptar los sistemas de intercambio de informaci\u00f3n necesarios para permitir la participaci\u00f3n efectiva de los agregadores.<\/li>\n<li>Posteriormente, el Ministerio para la Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica y el Reto Demogr\u00e1fico (MITECO) publicar\u00e1, mediante orden ministerial, el modelo centralizado de agregaci\u00f3n, incluyendo los mecanismos de correcci\u00f3n y compensaci\u00f3n en las liquidaciones entre agregadores y comercializadoras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estos pasos ser\u00e1n esenciales para garantizar una implementaci\u00f3n ordenada y eficaz de la nueva regulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h6>Conclusiones<\/h6>\n<p>La transici\u00f3n hacia un <strong>sistema el\u00e9ctrico m\u00e1s din\u00e1mico, descentralizado y sostenible<\/strong> requiere la colaboraci\u00f3n de todos los actores: operadores, distribuidores, agregadores, consumidores e industria.<\/p>\n<p>La medida adoptada por el gobierno busca incorporar nuevos <strong>recursos de flexibilidad al sistema el\u00e9ctrico<\/strong> ante la creciente integraci\u00f3n de generaci\u00f3n renovable y permitir que los consumidores desempe\u00f1en un papel m\u00e1s activo.<\/p>\n<p>El agregador emerge como una figura estrat\u00e9gica: <strong>optimiza los recursos existentes y reduce los costes sist\u00e9micos, reforzando la estabilidad y la competitividad del sistema el\u00e9ctrico.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 10 de febrero, Espa\u00f1a anunci\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n de la ley (Real Decreto 88\/2026) que regula por primera vez la figura del agregador independiente.
