Chez HES, comme \u00e0 notre habitude, nous vous proposons une analyse de <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 l&rsquo;aube de cette p\u00e9riode<\/strong> (voir l&rsquo;article de newsletter publi\u00e9 en novembre 2023 : <span style=\"color: #4bacc6;\"><a style=\"color: #4bacc6;\" href=\"https:\/\/hayaenergy.com\/fr\/couverture-energetique-hiver-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Une couverture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique fragile pour cet hiver<\/a><\/span>). Cet article pr\u00e9sente<strong> la situation de la France en tant que nation pilier de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en Europe<\/strong>. <strong>La situation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de notre pays part d&rsquo;une position favorable, cet hiver\u00a0;<\/strong> l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre l&rsquo;offre et la demande semble in\u00e9branlable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon les donn\u00e9es RTE, la demande devrait augmenter jusqu&rsquo;en 2030 sur une base annuelle moyenne de 1,6 % en raison du d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne et de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification des usages \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Cependant, cette augmentation n\u2019a pas encore vu le jour. Au contraire, ce qui n&rsquo;a cess\u00e9 de se d\u00e9velopper c&rsquo;est la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et les mesures et technologies de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;offre, cette saison hivernale pourrait \u00eatre l\u2019une des premi\u00e8res avec l\u2019une des<strong> plus importantes fournitures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, en raison de trois facteurs principaux : (i) une forte disponibilit\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire, (ii) un stockage important de gaz naturel, (iii) une large production hydro\u00e9lectrique en raison de pluies intenses en 2024<\/strong> (le volume annuel moyen des pr\u00e9cipitations a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9 en septembre).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Approvisionnement<\/u><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><u>Parc nucl\u00e9aire<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;hiver dernier, EDF avait fait une estimation de pr\u00e9vision optimiste juste avant le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;hiver sur la disponibilit\u00e9 de son parc nucl\u00e9aire qui n&rsquo;avait, finalement, pas \u00e9t\u00e9 atteinte. A la fin de l&rsquo;hiver, la disponibilit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien inf\u00e9rieure aux pr\u00e9visions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>HES a ajout\u00e9 ses propres pr\u00e9visions de production nucl\u00e9aire aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la production r\u00e9elle. <\/strong>Cette pr\u00e9vision de production est une nouvelle fonction accessible sur notre site web sur la page <span style=\"color: #4bacc6;\"><a style=\"color: #4bacc6;\" href=\"https:\/\/hayaenergy.com\/fr\/tracker-nucleaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tracker Nucl\u00e9aire<\/a><\/span>. De plus, avec la mise en service prochaine du r\u00e9acteur nucl\u00e9aire Flamanville 3, <strong>nous pensons que la disponibilit\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire sera certaine et fiable cet hiver.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><u>Stockage de gaz<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la guerre en Ukraine, l&rsquo;Europe a red\u00e9fini son niveau minimum objectif de stockage de gaz de 80 % \u00e0 90 % le 1<sup>er<\/sup> novembre de chaque ann\u00e9e pour se pr\u00e9parer aux mois de forte demande au sein de l&rsquo;hiver gazier. Depuis, les niveaux de stockage de gaz, au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;hiver, ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 larges. Cette ann\u00e9e ne d\u00e9roge pas \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle, avec un niveau de 94,37 % et 92,43 % le 30 septembre, en Europe et en France respectivement.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14568 aligncenter lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/hayaenergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture4-1-300x136.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"679\" height=\"308\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/hayaenergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture4-1-300x136.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hayaenergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture4-1-1024x465.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/hayaenergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture4-1-768x349.jpg 768w, https:\/\/hayaenergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture4-1.jpg 1393w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 679px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 679\/308;\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Source: AGSIE (Aggregated Gas Storage Inventory)\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De plus, en ao\u00fbt et septembre, les plateformes gazi\u00e8res norv\u00e9giennes de la mer du Nord (principales sources de gaz pour l&rsquo;Europe depuis le conflit en Ukraine) sont entr\u00e9es en maintenance annuelle et le march\u00e9 n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9, ce qui met en \u00e9vidence la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&rsquo;approvisionnement de la situation actuelle de notre march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><u>Stockage hydraulique<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les pluies intenses de cette ann\u00e9e ont rendu la France particuli\u00e8rement humide. L&rsquo;Europe n&rsquo;est pas en reste avec des \u00e9v\u00e9nements climatologiques majeurs tels que les temp\u00eates \u00ab Boris \u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Kirk\u00a0\u00bb, ces deux derniers mois, qui ont d\u00e9vast\u00e9 certains pays d&rsquo;Europe centrale comme la France, l&rsquo;Allemagne, la Pologne et la Roumanie. La baisse de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re s\u2019explique par des temp\u00e9ratures hivernales douces qui, en plus de stockages de gaz confortables, ont provoqu\u00e9 une baisse des prix lorsque la tension hivernale est redescendue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Selon l&rsquo;analyse de RTE, la demande devrait repartir \u00e0 la hausse en raison de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification des usages \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et de l&rsquo;augmentation de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne dans l&rsquo;industrie<\/strong>. Elle devrait se faire sentir \u00e0 partir de 2025. Cela n&rsquo;a pas encore affect\u00e9 la consommation, qui \u00e9tait, \u00e9tonnamment, similaire \u00e0 celle d&rsquo;ao\u00fbt. Cependant, des facteurs subsistent qui pourraient menacer cette stabilit\u00e9. La d\u00e9tresse g\u00e9opolitique li\u00e9e aux conflits d&rsquo;Isra\u00ebl, de la Palestine et de l&rsquo;Iran et le conflit entre la Russie et l&rsquo;Ukraine sont des pr\u00e9occupations majeures. Ainsi que celles de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement des diff\u00e9rentes mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques qui affectent le prix du gaz et par cons\u00e9quence, aussi, le prix de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, comme l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre l&rsquo;offre et la demande de GNL entre l&rsquo;Asie, les \u00c9tats-Unis et Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aujourd\u2019hui, le march\u00e9 est stable et fiable, mais l&rsquo;hiver est sombre et plein de surprises, alors gardez un \u0153il attentif sur les nouvelles qui pourraient avoir un impact sur le march\u00e9.
