Haya Energy Solutions was created in 2011 by Antonio Haya Segovia, former CEO of Endesa France.
Ever since, HES has been operating in the Energy Sector assisting companies to optimize their value chain: from strategy definition to day-to-day operations.

HES also participates in Mergers and Acquisitions processes, from screening to Due Diligences (strategic, commercial, regulatory & technical), supporting negotiations and playing a key role in postacquisition management activities.
HES team is formed by recognised experts and consultants with an extensive expertise with more than 10 years of experience in the energy sector.
